We cannot afford Labour’s £31 billion tax credit monster. Our welfare system must link rights to personal responsibility
For many people thanks to the tax credit monster their standard of living doesnt depend on working harder but on having more children for tax credits.Get a child on DLA as well and your raking it in.Many at work (on good wages) refuse overtime because they lose tax credits, many went on job share as they got more tax credits and about the same as the person next to them working full time. The girl in the local chippie working 16 hours takes home £539 a week while the engineer working 48 hours who goes in gets £423 wages. Of course the girl lives with a man who works but he is not down as living with her.Big business pays minimum wage as tax credits top them up,so people not getting them lose out.The only answer is to scrap them under universal credit,or replace child tax credit with a family credit that doesnt increase for more children.Everyone i know who get it (a lot) are all in one way or another defrauding it,most have for years and years, nobody ever gets caught.Just scrap it.

'I will happily shoot her in the head': Vigilantes vow to attack Karen Matthews who has gone on diet to change appearance
This filth will now be looked after for the rest of her life at our expense, and the woman wants to advertise her ugly disgusting face on the Jeremy Kyle show.As a large portion of the chavs in this country regard being on the Kyle show as a badge of honour she will then be looked upon as a star by them.No matter how much of a make-over has been done to her, her ugly face will stand out in a crowd. I dread to think what little Shannon must be thinking as she is now old enough to be reading what is being written in the media. I do hope she is being looked after by a normal uplifting family who are showing her the love and way of life that was denied her in the past.

The NHS denies life-saving treatment to the elderly, as one man's chilling story reveals
When the UK has to treat non UK residents for all kinds of conditions including HIV, TB etc ,because it would infringe their Human Rights it is no surprise that the NHS has no money left to treat our own citizens who have actually paid into the system!

Hooray CHANCELLOR 'HAPPY' TO REVEAL TAX RETURN by Mohammed Bismillah
George Osborne would be "very happy" for the government to consider publishing the personal tax returns of ministers, he has told The Daily Telegraph. However, he added: "You have to think through the advantages and disadvantages" and said "taxpayer confidentiality... is a very important principle in Britain."
I doubt George will do it as early as next week. IF they say they are considering doing it in the future we are just giving them time to hide everything. Why can Osborne and the likes step forward now and reveal all. Remember the tax payer is paying his and others like hims salary we have a right to know.
LONDON MURDER RATE LOWEST SINCE 1969 Vote Boris to keep it this way
The murder rate in London has fallen to its lowest level for four decades, reports The Times. Metropolitan Police statistics show there were 103 murders in the capital during the 2011-12 financial year. This is half the rate of ten years ago and the lowest since 1969. The rate in the UK as a whole is also falling.
WEAR CRUCIFIX DAILY, URGES CARDINAL
The head of the Roman Catholic Church in Scotland, Cardinal Keith O'Brien, will call for Christians to wear a cross every day. In his Easter Sunday sermon, he will tell Christians they should "wear proudly a symbol of the cross of Christ". A survey found that fewer than one in eight Britons plan to go to church tomorrow.

Tax payer pays £1m a year to the jobless to go on holiday and still receive their handouts
Anyone from the EU especially Eastern Europe and Romania can come to the UK and from day one claim the following: Working Tax Credits, Child Benefits, Child Tax credits for non-resident children (and they don't have to prove that they exist, the last Labour government suspended the checks because they stated that claims were taking too long to process) Attendance Allowance for disabled children [funny that most Romanians claiming seem to have an disabled child] and the most infertile of some Polish men [some were boasting in the pub] are claiming for 5 or 6 children on average ...... I could go on forever here!
Amazon not paid a penny in company tax by M.Bismillah

Osborne is extracting additional taxfrom pensioners in order to fund "necessary" cuts in corporation tax.Not going to make a lot of difference to Amazon, is it? Or, I suspect, mostother big firms e.g., Barclays, who only paid 2% last year on their billions ofprofit. Those Downing Street dinners are certainly paying off big time!

MS WHITNEY HOUSTON, A LEGACY OF SUBSTANCE; EXTRAORDINARY TALENT AND WEALTH by Nicole D. Martin
As recording artist, actress, producer, and model
Ms. Whitney Houston leaves not only a legacy of extraordinary talent to the
world, but also a financial legacy of great wealth to the possible sole heir of
her great fortune, her daughter Bobbi-Kristina. The media may run headlines
that highlight her personal troubles, but at least some of her accomplishments
are worthy of recognition to possibly highlight the type of fortune that she
has left behind. The Recording Industry Association of America
(RIAA)
ranks Whitney Houston as the 20th top selling
DOES THE BRUTAL CRACKDOWN ON SYRIAN PROTESTERS BREACH INTERNATIONAL LAW? by Craig Chappell
January
2011 saw the beginning of a wave of protests that would sweep across the Middle
East and engulf the most dictatorial countries in the world, from Libya to
Tunisia we saw the people rise up and begin fighting for democracy, for the
freedom that us ‘Westerners’ have enjoyed for decades. Now, the attention of
the world has become focussed on Syria, for 12 months the Syrian people have
endured brutal force inflicted by the army of Bashar Al-Assad but does this
crackdown breach International Law and can he now be branded a War Criminal?
UNITED by Nana Akosua Dekyi
United. Together. One. All these words are the essence of
humanity; these words speak of hope in a world which is full of corruption left
right and centre. United. What if our world was united, nations stood for each
other and individuals for each other. A world where travellers would not fear
being rejected prosecuted for being different. I see a world full of love and
respect for all people regardless of religion, social economic status or job
sector. This is a world which would call for change as soon as
THE IMPORTANCE OF MARRIAGE. PRE-NUPTIAL AGREEMENTS AND TIME FOR CHANGE by Luke Smith
Views of marriage as an emblem of continuity and solidarity are slowly
fading into the abyss. Modernisation is needed if marriage is to remain an
integral part of family law, and the controversial nature of the ‘pre-nuptial
agreement’ may have answered that call. Today, the idea of the ‘family’ as a
monolithic notion has been replaced with the assumption that families are fluid
and adaptable. Contemporary families are inclusive of single parent families,
blended families, step-families and homosexual families to name a few,

WOULD A UNILATERAL ISRAELI ATTACK ON IRAN BE LEGAL? by Craig Chappell
In recent months the eyes of the world have
become very much fixated on the Middle East and in particular the tense
situation between Israel and Iran. Israel has long viewed Iran as an
existential threat to the Jewish State’ survival and in the eyes of Benjamin
Netanyahu, a nuclear Iran would effectively spell Armageddon. So to this effect
he has publicly warned of a possible imminent strike on Iranian Nuclear
Facilities, either with or without US support, but would this be legal in
International Law?
WITCHCRAFT by Claire Evans
You may be forgiven for thinking that the nature
of crime is recessing through the centuries. If it was not surprising enough to
hear that pirates were still active, we have now had witchcraft hit the
headlines. Magalie Bamu and Eric Bikubi were recently sentenced for the torture
and murder of Magalie’s 15 year old brother Kristy on Christmas Day 2010 after
accusing him and his sisters of witchcraft. The family hail from the Congo,
where witchcraft (or kindoki) practices are very common. In the Congo alone,
tens of thousands of children have been
Pay £17.65 legitimately to get £800,000 illegitimately by Mohammed Bismillah
A Romanian gypsy family were flying back and forth
from Romania courtesy of ‘FLY BY TAX PAYER’ to cheat tax payers out of their
money. The fraudsters used forged home office documents and job references to
illegally obtain national insurance numbers which they used, to claim state
handouts. Now they have been caught and brought to justice the Judge sitting at
Southwark Crown Court ordered them to reimburse tax payers an astounding sum,
£17.65 of the £800,000. An interesting point to note is what the same Judge said

(For Now) Tuition Fees do not breach Human Rights or Equality Laws (High Court Rules) by M.Bismillah
Callum Hurley and Katy Moore both aged 17 have lost
their battle in High Court against the high financial snag preventing the two
and I am sure many others from going to University. Lawyers for the claimants
alleged that allowing universities to charge students up to £9,000 a year

representing the two teenagers was disappointed with the outcome, she was
pleased with the courts criticisms of the government’s failure over its
equality duties. Lord Justice Elias and Mr Justice
WHAT’S BEARABLE FOR LONDON MAY NOT BE BEARABLE FOR THE OLYMPICS! by Sabrina Lewis
As
my jam packed East Anglia train pulled into Stratford and 60pc of the
passengers scurry towards the doors I shake my head - as one of them – thinking
how on earth is Transport for London going to cope in five months’ time when the
Olympics come to the South East, with nine million spectators, 300,000
athletes, officials, media and workers as well as having to cope with the
commuters that already pack the trains like sardines on a daily basis. On the

RATHER SURPRISINGLY NO NEWSPAPERS DECIDED TO LEAD WITH “WHITNEY HOU-STONED”
The
tragic depart of the distinguished singer and acoustic magician Whitney Houston
left fans and vocal enemies in amazement and desolation. With self
contradictory statements, hypocrisy and remorse at their altitude, Jane Hubert
in an open letter brought reality to the eyes of Wendy Williams. Hubert, ‘you
crucified Whitney when she was alive so why would you be crying over her death
now’. Williams tore Houston apart on her radio show; her tears whether
prescribed or natural of self regret did not wash well
ABU QATADA SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN HERE ABU-NITIO
Abu Qatada arrived in 1993 on a forged
passport; this is not a negligible point. He has cost this country much in
expense and security. He is said to be allied with terrorist jihadist groups in
the UK, Egypt, Algeria, Jordan, Tunisia, Iraq, Indonesia, Italy, Belgium,
Morocco, Libya, France, Afghanistan and Sweden — in 2007, the Special
Immigration and Appeals Commission described his influence as ‘formidable, even
incalculable. This government needs to solve not only the specific problem of

disaster that took place near the coast of Italy took with it the 15 innocent
lives. All for what, wanting to exchange pleasantries with a fellow friend. The
captain Francesco Schettino said in an interview with the BBC that the ship was
300m away from rocks and he did not know how it happened. Given the damage,
distress, pain, suffering and psychiatric harm which was suffered by a number
of victims it is evident that Lawyers are going to have their specialist Liner
skills at the ready. One question arises, from where will these Lawyers obtain

royal Pharmaceutical society is quite rightfully adamant to decriminalise the
strict liability offence of an innocent dispensing error. The current law makes
it an imprisonable offence to innocently dispense the wrong medication to a

Either Amnesty or Proof
A
fraud investigation carried out by the department of work and pensions revealed
that more than 2 billion pounds worth of tax payers‟ money is being paid to
illegal immigrants residing in the UK. To tackle the situation the DWP intend
to rather reassuringly carry out further investigations. Tax payers are blatantly
being deprived of their contributions to society. The government should engage
in a more active approach to tackle the situation. Legal Cerebral urges the
government to have amnesty for all those who feel trapped in the system and now
