2. The wrong people are having the most children. The right people are hard at work trying to pay their bills and taxes which are used to support the very people who shouldn't be having children.
3. The total lack of shame at being a bad parent. Shame was a sensible control system to make these people behave a bit better.
4. The lack of any discipline.
5. The utter insanity of hoards of children given a lifestyle that benefits will support, while working cannot. On its own this will guarantee the situation gets worse.
